Thank you for your assistance and cooperation during our phone conversation on Thursday morning.

I spoke to the County Clerk's office regarding the information you provided and we have been told that the Clerk's office in Kaufman County is presently waiting for a decision by the Kaufman County District Attorney as to what he requires of you.  The County Clerk had contacted the Tarrant County Clerk's office about what methods they use.  It is my understanding that all entities are presently working out a format for filing all required reports.
