I just got off the phone with Angela. It appears that Illinois State Representative Bob Molaro is outraged at the horse slaughter issue. He had no idea this was occurring in his State. He will be introducing a bill in the fall session (November) that will make horse slaughter illegal in the State of Illinois. He will need us to go to Springfield, IL to testify.

 

Now for more good news. Angela is going to be speaking with the Editor in Chief of the Northern Star, Mark Kawanski. He wants to do an article. Looks like they are feeling the heat!
