Dear Messrs. Slocum and Ferry:  

Thank you for Mr. Slocum’s letter of October 9, 2003 advising of  Mr. Robert E. Ferry’s September 3, 2003 investigation at Dallas Crown in Kaufman , Texas .  I appreciate your prompt response to my request, and I appreciate your sending me a copy of the report from the September 3rd investigation.  

Can either of you tell me if the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWP3) has a public participation phase, and if so, could you add my name to the list of stakeholders interested in reviewing and commenting on that document?

 Also, I want to verify that TCEQ was notified of the large blood spill that occurred on the public right-of-way in front of the Dallas Crown facility on September 30, 2003 .  The spill caused a horrible stench in the Dallas Crown neighborhood.
