Dear Mark:

Enclosed is a copy of Betty Brown’s April 17, 2003 letter to Manfred Ramault confirming that she spoke with him last Thursday about his filing requirements with the Kaufman County Clerk’s office.

Would you please advise Manfred to release to me the slaughter journal photocopies he has already made for me?  He should also release to me a list of his suppliers with numeric identifiers that tie to the slaughter journal listings.
