Hi everyone,
Representative Molaro has requested that we contact Governor Blagojevich's
office to request the governor to respectfully ask the Illinois Department of
Agriculture to delay issuing Cavel its license until the bill has been voted on
by both the house and senate.
We must explain that SB 1921 has sufficient legislative support to easily pass
both houses and that this is the will of the people of Illinois. You may mention
briefly that Cavel had previously falsified the license application, and that
the IL dept of Ag. has been misinforming legislators as to the intent of Cavel's
reopening, falsely stating that Cavel will not reapply when in fact, they have/
or will be reapplying very soon.
Please, keep the notes to the governor as brief as possible.
Just this simple request and nothing else.
