The effort to ban the slaughter of horses for human consumption shifts to the
Illinois Senate!
Please contact the following members of the Executive Committee, and urge them
to support the legislation to ban horse slaughter in Illinois if and when it
comes before them. Ask them how they will vote if given the opportunity
and why. Also, if you are one of the following Senators' constituents,
please try to set up an appointment with him/her to discuss this issue, and make
sure they know that you are a registered voter. Lastly, urge them to visit
www.HorseKillers.com to see for themselves the clear difference between cruel
horse slaughter and humane euthanasia.
